Product Line Incubation & Advanced Technology

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the incubation and early development of a next‑generation Automotive MCU product line. This role focuses on shaping long‑term product and technology direction through close collaboration with customers, ecosystem partners, and internal engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead early‑stage product strategy for a new Automotive MCU product line, including positioning, priorities, and roadmap definition.
  • Drive market‑ and customer‑informed input into MCU architecture, CPU requirements, and system capabilities.
  • Engage directly with automotive OEMs, Tier‑1s, IP suppliers, and standards organizations to align product direction with future ecosystem needs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer inputs to guide strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate across engineering, advanced technology, sales, and business teams to translate market insights into clear product requirements.
  • Support global alignment with strategy and advanced technology teams.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Extensive experience in semiconductor product marketing or product management, preferably in Automotive MCUs or embedded processing.
  • Strong understanding of MCU architectures, CPU/IP ecosystems, and automotive system requirements.
  • Experience working with customers, suppliers, and industry standards bodies.
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, long‑term, early‑product environments.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Location & Travel:  Germany based, with strong preference for working out of our Dusseldorf office.  Travel within Europe and to the United States and Japan will be required about 25% of the time to support customer, supplier, standards bodies and internal engagements.

This role offers an opportunity to shape the future direction of Automotive MCUs by influencing products well before execution begins.
