Senior Software Engineer (Java, Oracle, ETL)

Job Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Hibernate frameworks.
• Build and maintain ETL for data extraction, transformation, and integration.
• Support manufacturing applications and data processing systems in semiconductor production environments.
• Analyze system requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and integration issues.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business users, manufacturing engineers.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.
• Ensure adherence to software development standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong programming skills in Java.
• Experience with Hibernate frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience developing and supporting ETL processes or data integration workflows.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or factory systems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES) or production data systems.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments.
• Familiarity with REST APIs or microservices architecture.
• Exposure to version control systems such as bitbucket
• Experience with scheduling and batch processing tools.
