Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in home textiles, particularly towels and bathrobes, to lead our marketing initiatives across EU, UK, and USA markets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales growth, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen our international presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for promoting home textile products (towels, bathrobes, etc.) in target markets.
- Manage and expand relationships with distributors, retailers, and online platforms across EU, UK, and USA.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the product development and design teams to align marketing plans with product innovation.
- Monitor sales performance, marketing ROI, and develop data-driven improvement plans.
- Manage marketing budgets, pricing strategies, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing of home textiles, preferably towels and bathrobes, in EU, UK, and USA markets.
- Strong understanding of international trade practices, buyer behavior, and textile export marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships with international buyers and distributors.
- Experience in digital marketing, B2B marketing, and trade fair participation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Familiarity with e-commerce marketing and online B2B platforms.
- Strong analytical and market research capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital marketing platforms.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual and brand identity.
