Test/ Vision Handler Engineer

Job Description

Maintain and troubleshoot test handlers to support smooth semiconductor production, ensuring high equipment uptime, good product quality, teamwork and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot test handlers  and AOI (vision inspection) to ensure high uptime
• Perform setup and conversion for different device packages
• Conduct calibration and optimization to improve performance(reduce jam rate, down time) and yield
• Provide production support and resolve equipment issues quickly
• Drive continuous improvement (reduce downtime, increase UPH)
• Manage spare parts and documentation

Qualifications

Must Have:

• Qualification: Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, etc.)

Good to have:

• Technical Skills: Troubleshooting (mechanical/electrical), , equipment maintenance knowledge
• System Skills: Basic computer/MES knowledge, ATE exposure is a plus
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving, teamwork, communication, time management
• Machine – Vitrox vision handler/ JHT handler/ ICOS/ Epson handler/ Cohu handler/ SYNAX
