Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive for our client in the media and advertising industry. The ideal candidate will be based in Dubai/UAE and responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value advertising deals. This is a remote role, but candidates must be physically located in the UAE.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients within the media, digital advertising, and marketing landscape.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Pitch advertising solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with their brand and business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles — from outreach and presentations to negotiations and closing.
  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media buying, content) to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

 

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Must be currently based in Dubai/UAE.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales within media, digital marketing, or advertising agencies.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising products, media buying, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows effectively.
  • Existing client network in the UAE market is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
