Le poste

Pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels de notre organisation commerciale en France, nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Administratif(ve) Marketing en CDD de 6 mois. Dans ces fonctions, vous assurerez le support administratif et marketing au quotidien de l'équipe de vente France.

Référence local : Directeur Régional Europe du Sud

Vos missions

  • Coordonner la logistique des congrès, événements et sessions SomnoMed Academy en France (inscriptions, prestataires, matériel, suivi post-événement)
  • Être le support marketing de terrain pour les commerciaux France : outils de vente, supports traduits, communications locales
  • Contribuer à l'animation des réseaux sociaux et à la mise à jour des contenus digitaux France
  • Gérer le stock de matériel promotionnel et contribuer au suivi CRM (Salesforce)



Votre profil

  • Formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 en marketing, ou communication ou domaine connexe
  • Première expérience en marketing, coordination d'événements ou support commercial (alternance bienvenue, sous réserve de l'adéquation au programme scolaire)
  • Français natif ou équivalent, indispensable pour interagir avec les professionnels de santé
  • Anglais B2 minimum à l'écrit (langue de travail interne avec l'équipe européenne)
  • Organisé(e), proactif(ve), à l'aise avec les outils Office et Canva ; Salesforce est un plus
