Remi is one of the fastest-growing startups in Utah, and we're expanding into insurance restoration. We're not filling a seat. We're building an estimating function from the ground up, and we need people who want to be part of that.

What you'll do

  • Write accurate, complete Xactimate estimates for residential roofing insurance claims
  • Review inspection photos and aerial measurement reports to identify and scope storm and weather damage
  • Apply carrier-specific guidelines and pricing to ensure estimate compliance
  • Collaborate with a small, high-output estimating team where your work directly shapes how we operate


What we're looking for

  • Proficiency with Xactimate (Level 2 certification or equivalent hands-on experience writing residential estimates)
  • Working knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and common damage patterns (hail, wind, wear vs. storm)
  • Ability to read and interpret roof inspection photos and measurement reports to produce accurate scopes
  • Familiarity with insurance carrier guidelines and supplement processes is a strong plus
  • Self-directed work style. You take ownership, solve problems without being asked, and hold yourself to a high standard.


Nice to have

  • Experience as a field adjuster, staff adjuster, or independent adjuster
  • IICRC or Haag certifications
  • Experience writing supplements or working directly with carrier desks
  • Comfort with high-volume workflows and shifting priorities (it's a startup, things move fast)


Compensation

Starting at $80,000 with opportunity for more based on experience and qualifications.
