Job Description
- Brindar apoyo en el proceso de reclutamiento de personal.
- Realizar soporte en proyectos de atracción de talento.
- Realizar soporte a la gestión de selección de personal para incorporaciones.
- Brindar apoyo en la inducción y onboarding de personal a la compañía.
- Brindar apoyo en los programas de R&S.
Qualifications
- Últimos ciclos o gresados de las carreras de Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Administración, Ing. Industrial o afines.
- Contar con 3 meses de experiencia en procesos de recursos humanos.
- Microsoft Excel a nivel intermedio.
- Inglés a nivel intermedio (deseable).
