Ejecutar auditorías de cumplimiento social bajo la metodología SMETA, asegurando la integridad de la cadena de suministro mediante la verificación rigurosa de estándares laborales, seguridad y salud, medio ambiente y ética empresarial.

Requisitos

1. Requisitos Indispensables (Filtros de Entrada)

  • Registro APSCA: Debe contar con un número de registro activo ante la Association of Professional Social Compliance Auditors (Niveles: ASCA o RA preferiblemente).

  • Educación: Profesional graduado en áreas Administrativas, Ingeniería Industrial, Ciencias Sociales, Derecho o afines.

  • Formación Técnica: Certificado como Auditor Líder o Interno en ISO 9001:2015 (mínimo 40 horas).

2. Experiencia Profesional

  • General: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en la industria (manufactura, agroindustria o servicios).

  • Específica: Experiencia demostrable en la implementación, consultoría o auditoría de sistemas de gestión de Responsabilidad Social (SMETA, SA8000, o cumplimiento de Código de Conducta de Clientes).

  • Conocimientos Clave:

    • Sólido dominio de la Legislación Laboral Nacional vigente.

    • Conocimiento en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST).

    • Manejo de los 4 pilares de SMETA (Estándares Laborales, Salud y Seguridad, Medio Ambiente y Ética Empresarial).

Horario: Lunes a Viernes 7 30 a 5

Contrato licencia por periodo de maternidad (Con posibilidad de pasar a termino Indefinido)

Salario: $ 6.500.000
