Descripción del empleo
- Preparar las licitaciones, con la finalidad de cumplir con los requisitos y captar nuevos clientes.
- Revisar y preparar documentos de sustento para los TDR y licitaciones.
- Atención inmediata al equipo comercial de las consultas e información de servicios mediante licitaciones.
- Controlar cartas fianzas de los clientes.
- Controlar los contratos de clientes.
- Controlar los indicadores de las licitaciones del área.
- Revisar y preparar documentos de sustento para los las homologaciones a las que nos presentamos.
- Otras que le sean asignadas inherentes a su cargo.
Requisitos
- Técnico o Bachiller en carreras relaciones a Administración, Ingeniería Industrial y/o afines.
- Deseable con conocimientos en sistemas de gestión.
- Manejo de Excel intermedio.
- Inglés Intermedio.
- Experiencia en procesos de contratación/licitación con el estado y sector privado.
