Requisitos
- Formación: Ingeniería Civil, Industrial o afín
- Experiencia: 3–5 años en costos y presupuestos de obra
- Conocimientos:
- Procesos de licitación
- Análisis de precios unitarios (P.U.)
- Comparativas vs presupuesto
- Negociación técnica con proveedores
- Herramientas:
- Excel avanzado
- Software de costos (Neodata, Opus, etc.)
- Habilidades clave:
- Análisis numérico
- Capacidad de negociación
- Argumentación técnica
