About this role

Our client, an AS9100-certified company with over 60 years of success, is looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join their team! In this role, you’ll help build shipping containers and other products by assembling parts and subassemblies.


You will have the opportunity to:

  • Assemble components using hand and power tools
  • Follow basic blueprints and instructions
  • Work with a team to meet daily production goals


What We’re Looking For:

Level 1 (Entry-Level)

  • At least 1 year of assembly or related experience
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Basic understanding of blueprints
  • Ability to work under supervision and meet goals

Level 2 (Mid-Level)

  • 3–5 years of assembly experience
  • Experience operating a variety of machines
  • Solid understanding of department processes

Level 3 (Advanced)

  • 5+ years of assembly experience
  • Experience in aerospace or defense industries is a big plus
  • Strong knowledge of assembly processes and equipment

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

  • Forklift certification
  • Blueprint reading certification



What's in it for you?

Hourly Pay (Weekly): 

  • Level 1: $17–$19
  • Level 2: $19–$21
  • Level 3: $21–$25
