Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Radiation Services team on a part-time basis to provide comprehensive administration and client services support. This is a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave for 8 months, with potential to extend to 1 year, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative expertise within a dynamic healthcare environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing proactive administrative support to the Operations Manager and administration team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Managing office supplies and stationery procurement to maintain operational efficiency
  • Preparing, printing, and organising training materials for delivery and distribution
  • Conducting accurate data entry, coordinating transport bookings, and providing examination supervision support
  • Preparing and maintaining the training room environment, including setup and cleaning for training sessions
  • Supporting site visit coordination by arranging travel bookings and preparing necessary equipment and documentation
  • Assisting with workshop operations, including inventory management, receiving shipments, and dispatch coordination
  • Collaborating effectively with the Operations Manager to ensure all administrative requirements are met and documented in accordance with corporate policies
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing documentation to support compliance and operational excellence

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Previous experience in administration and customer service
  • Experience in reception or dispatch within a workshop environment is an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A strong service focus and commitment to positive client outcomes
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
