Job Description

Join our growing HR Shared Services Center in Katowice and play a key role in building and leading HR operations across European markets.

As an HR Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team delivering HR processes within the SSC and ensuring high-quality, efficient, and standardized service delivery. You will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and contribute to shaping scalable HR solutions in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team responsible for delivering HR processes within the SSC structure
  • Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of HR services in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • Support and coordinate the transition of HR processes from European markets into the SSC
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and build strong working relationships across countries
  • Drive process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor team performance using HR metrics and data, and take actions to improve efficiency and quality
  • Support onboarding, training, and development of team members
  • Identify risks and proactively address operational challenges
  • Collaborate closely with other HR functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, HR Operations)
  • Contribute to building a scalable and future-ready HR Shared Services model

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Proven experience in TA, HR operations, HR Shared Services, or similar environment
  • Previous experience in team leadership or coordination role
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., ATS, Workday) and data-driven approach
  • Fluent English
