Descripción del empleo

Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un(a) Asistente de Recursos Humanos responsable de brindar soporte operativo y administrativo a los procesos del área, asegurando el correcto control documentario, asistencia al personal y cumplimiento de las políticas internas de la organización.

Entre sus principales funciones se encuentran:
• Mantener actualizada la base de datos de los trabajadores.
• Entregar documentación laboral como boletas de pago, CTS, gratificaciones y liquidaciones.
• Brindar orientación y soporte en los procesos de afiliación del personal.
• Controlar el ingreso y salida de los trabajadores.
• Elaborar y administrar los tareos mensuales.
• Brindar soporte directo al Jefe de Recursos Humanos en las actividades del área.
• Cumplir con el Sistema Integrado de Gestión en materia de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente.

Requisitos

• Bachiller en Ingeniería Industrial, Relaciones Industriales, Administración
• Conocimiento teórico-práctico de legislación laboral vigente.
• Manejo de herramientas informáticas y Microsoft Office.
• Conocimiento en IPERC, IAAS y manejo de residuos.
• Conocimiento en primeros auxilios.
• Deseable experiencia en control de asistencia, tareos y administración de personal.
• Capacidad de organización, comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
