How You Will Make an Impact:

• Ensure timely Account Receivables monitoring, application and follow up with customers
• Responsible for the daily tasks within the program  
• Monitoring the program process 
• Train program’s stakeholders on GSCF’s services and systems
• Evaluate and issue change requests and review them with the client 
• Ensure agreements (statement of works, changes requests, authorization matrix, function & notification matrixes) are implemented and monitored 
• Ensure agreements and all program relevant manuals are updated regularly 
• Timely reporting/escalating of risks, exceptions, incidents, opportunities to the superior 
• User acceptance testing of the new features to be released to production 
• Develop and keep professional relationships with business partners 
• Adhere to company & Program Operations policies 
• Contribute to keeping a positive, transparent, open, and creative thinking working environment 
• When required, participate in tasks/projects which are not directly related to this function or enhancing Program Operations  

What You Bring to the Team: 

• Fluent English and Spanish
• Work experience: minimum of 2 years in back‑office operations, client relationship management, and accounts receivable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Knowledge of financial mathematics
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, International Relations or related areas
• Organized, proactive, self‑managed, and strong critical‑thinking skills
