Southwest Construction is looking for concrete laborers to join the team!
Job Duties:
- Cooperation with Foremen and Field Superintendents
- Use of basic hand tools
- Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions
- Commitment to safety rules
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements:
- Available to work varied hours as needed to meet our customer’s demands
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Capability to work in varied climate conditions
- Loader, boom lift, forklift and scissor lift experience a plus but not necessary
- Concrete experience is a plus
- Ability to lift 100 lbs
- Valid TX drivers license is a plus
- Must pass background check
- Must pass drug screen
