Job Description

We are seeking a reliable General Hand to support our operations, working on finishing processes for Redback Drilling Tools, pressure control components, and equipment repairs. This is a hands-on role within a manufacturing environment, offering the opportunity to develop practical skills and contribute to quality outcomes.

You may also be involved in additional projects as directed by the Plant Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out finishing processes on drilling tools and components
  • Assist with repairs of pressure control equipment
  • Support general workshop activities as required
  • Participate in special projects when requested
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Qualifications

About You

  • Current and valid driver’s licence
  • Current forklift licence
  • Previous experience (2+ years) in a manufacturing or engineering environment is desirable
  • Exposure to toolmaking is advantageous
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
