Primary Responsibilities
- Trabajar con el equipo Coordinacion de Actividades Empresariales (CAE), sub-area dentro de Consultoria de PRL de la delegación de Madrid.
- Apoyar al equipo CAE
Specific Responsibilities
- Gestión Documentación y revisión documental conforme a criterios establecidos, a través de aplicación informática SGSgestiona (La formación del uso de la aplicación se da desde España)
- Responder a correos electrónicos de consulta de subcontratas de nuestros Clientes
- Impartir formación sobre el uso de la aplicación, Gestión Accesos a clientes: subir documentación a aplicaciones CAE de terceros
Requisitos
Required Skills
- Seria preferible pero no obligatorio, poseer buenas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en inglés.
- Excelente conocimiento práctico de Microsoft Excel y Word.
- Capacidad para extraer datos y manipular/analizar información, especialmente en Excel utilizando tablas dinámicas y formato condicional, etc.
- Excelente atención al detalle trabajando con plazos ajustados.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma segura y confidencial, lo cual es requerido en un departamento QHSSE.
- Capacidad para trabajar con flexibilidad, aprender rápidamente y adaptarse a cambios en las demandas y prioridades.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita, incluyendo la capacidad de tratar con compañeros de distintos niveles dentro de la organización.
- Capacidad para ver las cosas desde el punto de vista del cliente y asegurar que reciba un servicio profesional, amable, rápido y preciso en todo momento.
- Capacidad para demostrar compromiso con el servicio al cliente.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Capacidad para generar confianza, respeto y confidencialidad.
- Actúa con rapidez y de forma resolutiva.

Salario: 2.550.000 COP
Contrato directo con SGS a termino indefinido.
