About Ridango 

Ridango is a global company building technology for public transport systems. We work with operators and authorities in 28 countries, helping them run more efficient and user-friendly services- from ticketing and payments to real-time operations and passenger apps. 


We’re looking for a Sales Manager in Sweden with the hunter mindset to take ownership of our sales work in the Scandinavian market. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be finding new opportunities, working with existing customers, and leading bids from start to finish. 

You’ll be talking directly with public transport operators and authorities, understanding what they need, and working with our internal teams to put together strong, competitive proposals. 



What you’ll do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation  
  • Build and manage strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders, driving growth opportunities  
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations, represent the company at events, and negotiate to close deals  
  • Manage the end-to-end bid process, coordinating with internal teams to deliver competitive proposals  
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy  
  • Prepare forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure aligned and effective execution 



What we’re looking for

  • Experience in sales, business development, or bid management  
  • Ability to build strong client trust and effectively move opportunities through to close 
  • Comfortable working with larger deals and longer sales cycles  
  • Experience in public transport or mobility tech is a plus, but not required  
  • Someone who is proactive and able to work independently  
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills  
  • Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once  
  • Familiar with CRM tools and standard office software  
  • A degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred 
  • Swedish and English language skills
