Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Technical Customer Support to join our team in Mostar.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling of customer support inquiries through various channels
  • Incident management while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining functionality of various system components
  • Updating internal support documentation and creation of relevant knowledge base articles
  • Identifying customer requirements and providing aid while using specific system functionalities
  • Reporting system deficiencies to relevant product departments
  • Maintaining multiple communication channels between different stakeholders
  • Monitoring of system performance


Qualifications:

  • Customer service skills - previous experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High-level proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Experience in gambling/betting industry
  • Troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, operating systems, networking, etc)
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Time management, multitasking, and task prioritization skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite & support ticketing systems
  • General interest in Sports
