Descripción del empleo

Ejecutar y gestionar las mejoras de los procesos que se identifiquen a nivel transversal en la empresa, con la finalidad de eliminar cualquier desperdicio o reproceso. También será responsable de realizar tareas asociadas a control operacional con la finalidad de generar las alertas preventivas a los negocios para evitar la materialización de riesgos reputacionales, operacionales, financieros y legales, finalmente diseñara automatizaciones en los procesos del área.

Funciones principales:

  • Diseñar estrategias de mejoramiento de los procesos que se desarrollan al interior de las unidades de negocio y áreas funcionales.
  • Diseñar y realizar el monitoreo de los planes de acción asociadas a las mejoras.
  • Diseñar KPI´s con la finalidad de asegurar que las mejoras ejecutadas sean sostenibles y medibles.
  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener los temas/implementaciones relacionadas a transformación digital del área.
  • Realizar la revisión de licitaciones  siguiendo el procedimiento establecido por el área de excelencia Operacional.
  • Monitorear la matriz de contratos de las empresas y subsidiarias.
  • Brindar soporte en el proceso inicial de las revisiones operacionales, en coordinación con el líder de excelencia operacional.
  • Otras funciones asociadas a su responsabilidad.

 

Requisitos

  • Titulado de carreras de ingeniera industrial, economía y/o afines.
  • 5 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
  • Power BI- Avanzado
  • Power Automate - Avanzado
  • Bizagi
  • Certificación en Lean Six Sigma 
  • Ingles intermedio
