Profesional abogado titulado, con un mínimo de diez (10) años de experiencia en las siguientes materias: asesoría estratégica a proyectos mineros en materias de sustentabilidad; aplicación del marco jurídico medioambiental, tanto nacional como internacional, a faenas mineras, incluyendo especialmente todas las formas de participación ciudadana, resolución de conflictos legales ambientales y evaluación del cumplimiento de compromisos sociales; marco jurídico nacional e internacional en materia de derechos humanos, incluyendo especialmente el relativo a pueblos indígenas y debida diligencia.
