- Desarrollo del programa de gestión del servicio.
- Implementación de las actividades relevantes del servicio.
- Seguimiento del avance del Servicio.
- Liderar y controlar las acciones de planificación.
- Coordinación de reuniones de trabajo con DGM y EECC.
- Control en terreno
- Realizar charlas en terreno
- Revisión de documentación asociada a trabajos a realizar.
- Auditorias
- Capacitaciones.
- Campañas.
- Vigilancia Operacional
- Soporte técnico y referente técnico para la GSSO
Requisitos
- Conocimiento del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, SIGO.
- Conocimiento de la normativa legal vigente aplicable al servicio.
- Conocimiento de la normativa interna de CODELCO.
- Experiencia demostrable en la confección de Identificación de Peligros y Evaluación de Riesgos.
- Experiencia en metodologías de investigación ICAM, EVITA, Árbol de Causa, Ishikawa.
- Manejo en HSE Software Zyght
