PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participer à la prospection et à l’obtention de nouveaux marchés.
- Développement et organiser des formations (QSHE, électricité, bâtiment, pétrole, agriculture, etc..).
- Conception et amélioration des outils de gestion de la formation.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifier les besoins de formation et développer de nouveaux marchés grâce à une veille concurrentielle.
- Diversifier et développer le portefeuille client pour répondre aux besoins du marché.
- Garder le matériel de formation à jour, modifier et réviser selon les besoins et les changements du marché.
- Réaliser les objectifs annuels convenus.
- Gérer efficacement les actions de formations (qualification d’un pôle d’expert dans les domaines spécifique, faire le suivi avec SGS UK pour les formations IRCA / PECB).
- Suivre la facturation et le recouvrement des prestations de formations.
Qualifications
- Etre titulaire d’un BAC + 4/5 en Gestion, Marketing, QHSE ou tout autre diplôme équivalent.
- Justifier d’un minimum de 5 années d’expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire dans une entreprise ou un cabinet de formation.
- Avoir des connaissances dans le domaine du système de management QHSE.
- Avoir de bonnes connaissances des outils bureautiques.
- Avoir des connaissances des techniques d’animation de groupe.
- Bonne capacité d’analyse.
- Bonne capacité de rédaction.
- Bonne maitrise des outils informatiques.
- Rigueur et organisation.
- Discrétion et sens du dialogue.
- Autonome et esprit d’équipe.
- Bonne capacité d’adaptation.
