Buscamos un profesional técnico en prevención de riesgos, con experiencia en HSEQ para unirse a nuestro equipo y potenciar la gestión de liderazgo en materia de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente. El candidato ideal será capaz de brindar soporte técnico a los líderes de la organización, ejecutando actividades operativas y asegurando el cumplimiento normativo.
Responsabilidades Principales:
- Liderazgo HSEQ:
- Asesorar y acompañar a los líderes en la implementación de estrategias HSEQ, promoviendo una cultura de seguridad.
- Facilitar herramientas y metodologías para fortalecer las competencias de los líderes en materia de HSEQ.
- Gestión Técnica:
- Ejecutar inspecciones de seguridad, identificar peligros y evaluar riesgos.
- Ejecutar y/o coordinar actividades técnicas de planes de trabajo.
- Apoyar e instruir a los lideres en las plataformas asociadas al control de reportabilidad interno.
- Verificar el cumplimiento de la normativa legal vigente y de los planes de trabajo establecidos y protocolos normativos.
- Soporte Administrativo:
- Elaborar documentación técnica y administrativa relacionada con HSEQ para procesos de licitación. (Carpetas de Arranque)
- Participar en auditorías internas y externas.
Requisitos
- Experiencia 1 Año
- Manejo de Office Nivel Medio o Avanzado
- Licencia de Conducir (No excluyente)
