About this role
Mise en Place & Co. is offeringΒ a summer internship to students passionate about hospitality and culinary arts and interested in pursuing a career in the field.

The internship program provides high school students with a structured, hands-on introduction to professional kitchen operations. Interns work alongside our team for two weeks, experiencing real service, learning foundational skills, and gaining an honest picture of what a career in hospitality looks like.
The Mise en Place & Co., Summer Internship is open to students who are:
- of High School age (15 β 18)
- interestedΒ in pursuing a career in the culinary arts and seeking real-life experience in a professional kitchen and bakery.
- motivated and available for a two-week unpaid internship during the summer (July/Aug 2026), with the prospect of paid employment for the rest of the summer.
Mise en Place & Co. interns will report to the Mise en Place Head Chef, Sous Chef, Master Baker, and Pastry Chef.
Applications close Monday, June 15, 2026.
Qualified applicants will be invited via email to attend an interview at Mise en Place & Co. Following the interview, our chefs will select the top candidates for the summer internship.
