Descrição do emprego
- Responsabilidade:O Director de Contratos deve Controlar o prazo de vigência dos contratos, verificar se a entrega de materiais e execução de projectos é cumprida, atestar as notas fiscais encaminhadas às unidades competentes para pagamentos, comunicar as unidades formalmente irregularidades e acompanhar o cumprimento dos prazos. Deve preparar, revisar e modificar instrumentos contratuais para auxiliar e apoiar as várias atividades comerciais. Negociar revisão e elaboração de documentação para transações comerciais e preparar e aconselhar sobre a lista de verificação necessária a ser adaptada para garantir que as informações sejam enviadas no prazo pré estabelecido.
Qualificações
- Habilitações literárias: Licenciatura em Direito/ Mestrado em Direito Empresarial ou outras equivalentes.
- Experiência profissional: Mínimo 5 anos de experiência na indústria de Oil & Gás.
