About the role:


At Safebound Moving & Storage, we take pride in making every move a smooth one — and our Client Support team is at the heart of that experience. We're looking for a motivated, detail-driven Client Support Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping people. You'll be the trusted first point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the moving process with professionalism, accuracy, and care.


What you'll do:


  • Handle incoming calls and client inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Confirm move details, timelines, and logistics with clients and association partners
  • Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to schedule and manage moves
  • Track and manage moving operations using Granot (or equivalent CRM)
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Juggle multiple priorities while keeping a calm, solutions-focused approach
  • Contribute to a team culture built on communication, accountability, and service


What you bring:


  • Experience in customer service or logistics
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A sharp eye for detail and follow-through
  • Familiarity with Granot or a similar CRM (required)
  • Ability to stay composed and effective in a high-volume environment

Schedule:


This is a second-shift position. Core hours are Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM, plus every Sunday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
