Stellenbeschreibung
- Professionelle Pflege und Betreuung unserer Patienten in der Fachrichtung Gynäkologie und unserer Wöchnerinnen und Neugeborenen auf der Wochenbettstation
- Überwachung und Unterstützung der Mutter-Kind-Bindung in den ersten Tagen nach der Geburt
- Zusammenarbeit mit Hebammen, Belegärzten und interdisziplinären Team.
- Aktive Beteiligung an der Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität und der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit
Qualifikationen
- Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH
- Erfahrung in der Fachrichtung Gynäkologie/ Wochenbett von Vorteil
- Eine selbständige, kompetente Persönlichkeit mit Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen, kooperativ im Team mitzuwirken und dieses fachlich zu unterstützen
- Fähigkeit zur situationsspezifischen Anwendung von Fach-, Sozial-, Selbstkompetenz
