About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for overall product planning, core interaction design, and user growth strategies for the company’s overseas stablecoin payment app. The goal is to bridge the experience gap between traditional finance and crypto by designing seamless payment journeys and innovative social growth mechanisms, creating a payment product that is accessible to users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- User Experience Optimization: Map and refine the entire user journey, from registration/KYC and deposits to payments. Apply UX principles to reduce user anxiety in payment scenarios (e.g., transparent fee breakdowns, real-time transaction feedback, simplified asset dashboards).
- MVP Design & Execution: Rapidly design MVP features, proactively drive implementation, and continuously refine product experience.
- Strategic Planning: Maintain strong prioritization and holistic vision, ensuring rational scheduling of product features.
- Growth Mechanisms: Design and iterate viral growth systems to achieve user scale breakthroughs.
- Business Platform Planning: Define business logic for stablecoin payment solutions and card products. Collaborate with development and compliance teams to ensure security and compliance while pursuing simplicity and efficiency.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use A/B testing to validate the impact of interaction designs on funnel conversion rates; leverage data analytics to identify user drop-off points and quickly fix UX issues.
Requirements
- Background: 7+ years of internet product experience; fintech, digital wallet, or cross-border e-commerce background preferred. Blockchain experience is a plus. Strong communication and comprehension skills, with the ability to quickly understand full business logic.
- UX Expertise: Solid UX foundation, capable of producing high-fidelity prototypes and clear logical flowcharts. Strong intuition and experience in semantic and visual design.
- Growth Experience: Proven track record of leading end-to-end product design for successful apps (not limited to single business lines, must provide live product examples). Familiar with overseas app design styles and user habits.
- Innovation Sensitivity: Stay up to date with cutting-edge payment technologies and translate them into user-friendly features.
- Soft Skills: Excellent English skills for collaboration with global teams. Strong empathy, able to think from the perspective of first-time overseas users.
