Role Overview

As Senior Business Development Specialist – White Label Partnership, you will be the key driver in expanding RedotPay’s white-label business. You will identify, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships that allow third parties to offer our stablecoin-powered cards, payment infrastructure, and RedotPay Connect under their own brand.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive White-Label Growth: Identify and target potential white-label partners including banks, digital banks, fintechs, crypto exchanges, e-commerce platforms, remittance companies, and payment service providers.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust pipeline of white-label opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, industry events, and your existing network in fintech/payments.
  • Partnership Negotiation & Closure: Lead end-to-end deal cycles — from initial outreach and solution scoping to contract negotiation, legal/compliance review, and successful onboarding.
  • Solution Customization: Work closely with Product, Tech, and Compliance teams to tailor white-label offerings (branded crypto cards, hosted payment pages, API integrations, multi-currency wallets, and settlement solutions) to partner requirements.
  • Market Strategy: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessments to define go-to-market strategies for white-label products in key regions (Asia, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa).
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term strategic relationships with partners, drive adoption, upsell additional services, and ensure high partner satisfaction and revenue growth.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years of proven business development, sales, or partnership experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial services.
  • Direct experience with white-label, co-branded, or B2B SaaS/API solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of payments (cards, gateways, payouts), stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, and regulatory landscapes.
  • Existing relationships with banks, fintechs, or payment companies in target markets is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent in English
