Job Description

DB&T is a leading organization focused on delivering comprehensive IT asset management services across UK&I and the Northern European Zone.

We are seeking a skilled Asset Specialist to lead and deliver comprehensive IT asset management services. The role focuses on ensuring optimal lifecycle management of hardware and software assets while driving process improvements and maintaining robust financial control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage software and hardware asset lifecycle
• Process and monitor purchase orders
• Negotiate with key suppliers 
• Cross-reference invoices and maintain financial records
• Identify technical requirements and update relevant teams
• Coordinate with procurement for asset acquisition
• Manage SAP processes for asset tracking
• Monitor and optimize asset utilization

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

• ITIL Foundation certification
• Experience in IT asset management
• SAP knowledge required
• Strong financial acumen for PO processing and invoice reconciliation
• Procurement and vendor management experience
• Technical understanding of IT infrastructure
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work with directors and cross-functional teams
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
