Overhead/Walk Door Technician - Intermediate/Diagnostic

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, Saturdays depending upon workload
- Potential 5-10+ hours overtime
- On call rotation for lead technicians
Duties:
- Diagnose and repair
- New installations
- Preventative maintenance services
- Complete associated paperwork (work order, timesheets, customer required documentation)
- All other duties assigned
Requirements:
- 18+ years of age
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Pre-employment drug test and background check required

Candidates must also pass a pre-employment background check. Passing the drug test, background check, and having a suitable Motor Vehicle Record are minimum requirements for this position. - Valid class D drivers license with a 3 year clean driving record for insurance purposes
Experience/Skills:
- Customer service oriented
- Mechanically inclined
- Basic documentation skills using phone app and paper
- Positive attitude
- Team-oriented mindset with emphasis on punctuality and reliability

- ServiceTitan Software Experience
- Basic construction knowledge
Compensation:
- Pay DOE, Potential $62,400/yr ($30.00/hr - entry level, minimal exp.) - $93,600/yr ($45.00/hr - lead tech, multiple years exp.)
- On-call bonus for lead technicians
