The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to support the Compliance team in ensuring that the company operates in full adherence with applicable gaming regulations, licensing conditions, and internal policies. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to build a career in regulatory compliance within the iGaming industry.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining B2B and B2C MGA licenses of the group / liaising with MGA on regulatory matters / supporting new license applications
  • Implementing and coordinating license maintenance in the group /coordinating relationship with regulator re license and reporting
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements across all licensed jurisdictions and coordination of license implementation with tech / product and finance teams
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures
  • Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) and assist with Know Your Customer (KYC) processes
  • Review player accounts and transactions to identify potential risks or irregular activity
  • Assist with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and reporting
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation
  • Support internal audits and regulatory inspections
  • Help prepare reports for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor regulatory updates and assist in assessing their impact on the business
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Payments, Customer Support, Risk) to ensure compliance alignment


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years’ experience on MGA licenses (B2B and B2C) / additional experience with other jurisdictions would be an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of compliance, AML, and KYC principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (“translating regulation” into product and tech requirements)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of legal and contract database and management systems would be an asset
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Knowledge of AML directives and responsible gaming practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
