Job Description

• Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager or Senior IT Support Engineer, assisting with day-to-day IT operations, system updates, and administration to support reliable IT service.
• Support monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructures, networks, servers, and cloud services.
• Assist in implementing and managing cybersecurity and data protection procedures under guidance.
• Support incident response and security threat remediation under supervision.
• Assist with IT infrastructure projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Support vendor and stakeholder communication activities.
• Follow professional IT management practices and compliance rules.
• Maintain awareness of current IT infrastructure practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, or relevant IT certifications (or currently pursuing).

Additional Information

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or IT infrastructure (or recent graduate with relevant coursework).
• Cloud knowledge and willingness to develop expertise.
• Preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, or entry-level cloud certifications.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with TCP/IP networking, Windows AD, VMware, AWS, or similar technologies.
• Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with team members.
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin a plus.
