¿Qué buscamos?
Buscamos dentro del sector energético un/a Especialista en Soporte de Ventas de Canal Indirecto que nos ayude en la gestión comercial y soporte de red de colaboradores a nivel nacional.
Descripción de funciones
- Soporte operativo al equipo de ventas de canal indirecto (KAM, agentes,)
- Gestión y soporte continuo en Salesforce
- Elaboración de ofertas de luz y gas adaptadas a cliente final (pyme)
- Seguimiento de contratos, activaciones y incidencias
- Análisis de ventas, y reporting comercial
- Mejora continua de procesos y calidad de datos en CRM
Requisitos
Requisitos
- Experiencia en soporte comercial a canal indirecto
- Experiencia en el sector energía (luz y gas), comercializadoras
- Manejo avanzado de Salesforce (preferible)
- Buen nivel de Excel (análisis, reporting)
- Perfil organizado, resolutivo y orientado a detalle
- Alta capacidad de comunicación con clientes y partners
- Conocimiento de switching
