Actualmente tenemos una vacante de Cuentas a cobrar y gestión de deuda y tesorería. Buscamos un perfil con experiencia en el sector, orientado a objetivos y con capacidad de análisis y autonomía.
Descripción y responsabilidades
- Análisis de las cuentas de clientes y preparación de informes de deuda
- Preparar domiciliaciones y cobros
- Gestión de la deuda y recobro (contacto con clientes y con call center)
- Análisis de riesgo de crédito y garantías (avales, PCG, depósitos)
- Colaboración en optimización y automatización de procesos
- Contabilización de facturas a través de software OCR o similar
- Conciliaciones bancarias y de terceros
- Contabilización de tesorería (acceso cuentas bancarias)
- Control y seguimiento de provisiones
- Colaboración en el cierre mensual, trimestral y anual
- Colaboración en el reporting mensual a la matriz y externos
- Asistencia en la auditoría externa
- Preparación y seguimiento de cash-flow
Requisitos
Requisitos mínimos indispensables
Excel avanzado y conocimiento Navision 2016
Nivel de inglés: mínimo B2
Preferible con experiencia sector energético (gas y/o electricidad)
Experiencia 1-2 años
Gestión equipo 1-2 becarios
Responsable, ordenado y detallista
Proactivo, dinámico y con don de gentes para comunicar con clientes
