We are looking for a Senior Social Data & AI Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team at SIXT. In this role, you will drive the data-led expansion of our social media ecosystem with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok (US market), combining performance marketing, social insights, and AI solutions to scale impact and automate workflows. You will own social growth, media planning, and performance optimization while building AI-powered dashboards and scalable content strategies. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure measurable success and continuously push innovation in social media through AI. This role requires regular travel to Germany (approximately once per month) to collaborate closely with the team on-site.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You drive growth and media strategy for Instagram and TikTok (US focus), including daily paid boosting, budget planning, and performance optimization
• You analyze campaign and content performance continuously, delivering actionable insights and creating reports for internal and external stakeholders
• You design and implement AI-powered dashboards for cross-channel monitoring and conduct regular AI-based performance reviews
• You develop AI-driven solutions for content strategy, automation, posting planning, and scalable distribution across social platforms
• You build and optimize AI applications in community management and customer service while ensuring high-quality user experience
• You manage and collaborate with external partners (e.g. Meta, TikTok), troubleshoot platform issues, and act as the main contact for stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have a degree in Marketing, Media, Data Analytics, Business Informatics, or similar, with 3+ years in social media and/or performance marketing
• Social & Performance Expertise You bring strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok growth strategies, KPIs, attribution models, and paid social optimization
• AI & Technology You have hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. dashboards, automation, chatbots) and a solid understanding of digital ecosystems and APIs
• Data Skills You are highly analytical, confident working with data and reporting tools such as Excel, Sheets, or social analytics platforms
• Soft Skills You work proactively, in a structured and self-driven manner, with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Mindset & Language You are curious about innovation, especially AI in social media, and are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
