Are you ready to discover the role of a Junior Full Stack Consultant in Netcompany?

Joining us as a Junior Full Stack Consultant, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled agile consultants teams working within large-scale transformation projects, that impact the life of millions of EU citizens. You will be involved in the design, customization, integration, and maintenance of enterprise-scale CRM/CX implementations that are intended mainly in private sector organizations. As a Full-Stack Consultant based in Athens, you will work on international projects for Netcompany, contributing to Denmark's most complex IT solutions. Your daily responsibilities will involve software development, task management, and customer interaction.

You will oversee sub-projects, conduct daily stand-ups, and report status to customers or project managers. Leadership within your team will be essential, as you will delegate tasks and assist team members. A project manager will support you, enhancing your management and IT delivery skills.

You'll join a high-performing international team, valuing professionalism and collaboration. Our projects include significant IT initiatives for Denmark's state, municipalities, and business community.

As a Full Stack Consultant you will:

• Contribute to all phases of full-cycle IT projects, from requirements analysis to customization, specifications for any development needed, UAT support, user training
• Develop and maintain code, application libraries and produce technical documentation
• Develop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated consulting solutions 
• Create long-term relationships with clients 
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve business applications 
• Identify business development opportunities 
• Act as a business advisor to the clients 

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant discipline
• Analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• A customer-oriented personality, with attention to detail
• Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)
• Availability to travel when needed
