The Cohen Clinic network in Asia offers a unique opportunity to serve U.S. military families stationed at U.S. military bases in the region. Point Clinical Services PLLC provides the licensed clinicians that deliver clinical services at the Cohen Clinics. If selected for this position, relocation assistance will be provided to move you to South Korea to deliver clinical services at the Cohen clinic as applicable.
What you’ll do
We are seeking to add a Clinic Director to lead our clinic team. Under the direction of the Vice President of Operations - Asia, you are responsible for leading an interdisciplinary team, focused on providing targeted, evidence-based practices in an outpatient mental health clinic that serves individual adults, couples, families, and children. Specifically, you will:
- Oversee all clinic operations, to include: client access, clinical care, safety and risk processes, staffing and morale, training, quality assurance and evaluation, facility management, communications and events, TRICARE and commercial billing processes, and general financial oversight.
- Provide oversight of staff performance, program development, and continuous quality improvement to support access to care and positive client outcomes.
- Translate organizational goals into actionable clinic-level strategies.
- Ensure that the clinic adheres to all CARF accreditation and general compliance, privacy, and security standards.
- Foster a culture of quality, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Serve as a key liaison between clinic staff and CVN leadership
- Ensure clinical staff members are adhering to evidence-based practice guidelines in a targeted treatment model.
- Oversee clinical supervision for licensed staff as required by discipline.
- Ensure clinical staff are consistently meeting top quality standards for documentation, timeliness, utilization, diagnosis, treatment, and client screening, disposition, and safety. Ensure all clinical staff are up to date with clinical training and licensure renewal.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as utilization, documentation completion, and wait times.
- Manage clinic budget, productivity targets, and financial/billing performance in collaboration with the VP of Ops-Asia and CVN leadership.
- Co-facilitate with lead clinician weekly multidisciplinary team meeting to review and present cases.
- Maintain staffing levels within the clinic, and prioritize staff retention, recruitment, and create strong processes for staff onboarding, role training, and feedback.
- Represent the clinic within the community, and consistently communicate with AAFES, installation command, community stakeholders, and referral partners.
- Develop and foster a positive and uplifting culture of collaboration, peer consultation, and commitment to ongoing education and professional improvement.
- Maintain clinic readiness for licensing, accreditation, and payer reviews.
- Ensure adherence to confidentiality, privacy, and risk management policies.
- Provide clinical care as needed to support clinic access and to maintain clinical proficiency.
What’s required
- Must have one of the following degrees: Master’s Degree or higher in Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Mental Health Counseling OR a Ph.D. or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
- Must have specialized training and expertise in evidence-based treatment.
- Must have an active, unrestricted clinical license and meet billing requirements for Tricare.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading, managing, and supervising within a clinical setting. 10-15 years of clinical experience is preferred.
- Experience across a range of evidence-based modalities beyond individual adult treatment to include child, couples, and family treatment is preferred.
- Must have experience treating and diagnosing PTSD as well as co-morbid diagnoses (e.g., SUD, depression, anxiety), with evidence-based treatments and providing clinical supervision in these areas.
- Knowledge of DSM-V-TR diagnoses is required.
- Experience using an electronic health record system required; experience using Cerner a plus.
- Some travel may be required

The base salary does not include discretionary annual bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
This position requires access to Protected Health Information (PHI) to carry out identified job responsibilities. HIPAA training and compliance are required.
