Job Description

Accountabilities:

• Managing Trade programs calculation, payout, and compliance for C1 and C2
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for program calculation, payout processing, documentation, and invoicing on behalf of the Sales Operations team.
• Develop, optimize, and enforce standardized processes across the Sales Operations function to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Trade Marketing) to align on policies, ensure smooth execution, and resolve disputes related to Trade programs.
• Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain reporting accuracy and system integrity.
• Provide regular dashboards, summaries, and post-program evaluations to management with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Coach and develop junior team members to strengthen capability, accountability, and ownership within the Sales Operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field. 
• Excellent computer skills, special excel, pivot & SQL. Keen on adapting software application.
• English business
• Ability to work closely with RSM/SE
• Abilities to work effectively with partners and customers
• Good communication both internal and external at all levels to ensure the messages are delivered properly
• Teamwork development and reliability in relationships across functions.
• Positive attitude to change, innovation, creativity
