Stellenbeschreibung
- Verantwortlich für den Bareinlass und die Begrüßung der Gäste
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Zutrittsprozesses, einschließlich Alterskontrolle
- Beantwortung von Fragen der Gäste rund um den Veranstaltungsort, Programm oder allgemeine Informationen
- Unterstützung des Teams bei besonderen Veranstaltungen und Anlässen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Front Office- und Serviceteam
Qualifikationen
- Erste Erfahrung in der Gästebetreuung oder Einlasskontrolle von Vorteil
- Freundliches, souveränes und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Bereitschaft zu überwiegend abendlicher Arbeitszeit
- Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
