The Senior Manager performs the following duties:

1. Plans, implements, and coordinates recruitment and marketing activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Central Asian countries to attract prospective students/candidates for the University's Foundation Year programs, bachelor’s programs, Zero Year of Master’s programs, master’s and doctoral programs (hereinafter - the University’s academic programs); 
2. Engages with the University’s structural divisions, central and local executive bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international partners, educational organizations, specialized organizations, and other entities to execute recruitment activities;
3. Organizes the Division's participation in Kazakhstani and international educational fairs and represents the University and its academic programs to potential students/candidates;
4. Participates in the development, approval, and implementation of recruitment and marketing plans for the University's Schools and monitors their execution to achieve the University’s strategic goals, as necessary;    
5. Assists in events organized by the University’s academic and administrative structural divisions;
6. Provides input and assistance to structural divisions in maintaining relevant sections on the University's official website concerning recruitment activities;
7. Supports the efficient planning and execution of the Division’s budget;
8. Participates in planning, analysing, and preparing proposals for the Division's activities;
9. Works with the electronic database of students/candidates;
10. Submits proposals to the Division Head to improve the effectiveness of recruitment processes for students/candidates and optimize business processes in general;
11.  Timely and appropriately fulfills assignments from the Division Head and University management;
12.  Complies with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Employer's internal documents;
13. Ensures adherence to labor and service discipline;
14.  Is responsible for maintaining the integrity of official documents and preventing the disclosure or leakage of confidential, business, or restricted information in accordance with the law, the University Charter, and the Employer's internal documents;  
15.  In the event of resignation, ensures the timely transfer of all paper documentation, digital information, and inventory to another employee as directed by the Division Head (with an acceptance-transfer act).           

Требования к квалификации

Education:

• Higher professional education, preferably in higher education institutions with teaching in English language
• Master's degree is desirable

Work Experience:

• Minimum of five years in a relevant field
• Minimum of three years with a Master's degree in a relevant field

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of education
• Knowledge and fluency in English, Kazakh, Russian languages
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Canva programs
• Basic knowledge in marketing and public relations

Skills:
