Description du poste

Au sein de la division Fluid Connectors Systems, et en support au Responsable méthodes local, vous piloterez et participerez à l’industrialisation de nouveaux produits pour différents marchés, notamment dans les refroidissements IT (IT cooling).

 

Dans ce cadre, vos missions seront les suivantes : 

  • Piloter des initiatives visant à améliorer la propreté des processus de production pour garantir la conformité aux normes industrielles 
  • Piloter le développement de différents processus de production pour l'intégration de nouveaux produits 
  • Participer à des projets d'automatisation pour optimiser les lignes de production locales 
  • Analyser, développer et mettre en œuvre des procédures standardisées afin d'harmoniser les pratiques d'industrialisation à travers les différents sites 
  • Accompagner l’extension des capacités de production 
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue du service

Qualifications

Formation : Bac +5 de type généraliste ou technique (mécanique, matériaux...)

Expérience : 2 ans d'expérience minimum (hors stages et alternances) sur un poste similaire ou dans un domaine technique/industriel, incluant des activités opérationnelles concrètes.

 

Connaissances particulières :

  • Procédés de fabrication en usinage
  • Process industriels de montage et assemblage automatisé
  • Gestion de projet
  • Assemblage grande série

Savoir-être : appétence multiculturelle, esprit d’équipe, rigueur, esprit analytique, et aisance relationnelle.

 

Langues : Français, Anglais courant obligatoire. Le Mandarin est un plus

Informations supplémentaires

Après une période de formation de 3 mois sur le Site de Stäubli Faverges (intégration, formation produits et outils, première expérience terrain), vous serez affecté à notre unité locale basée en Chine, à Hangzhou.

Poste à pourvoir en VIE, durée de 24 mois.

Gratification selon barème en vigueur.
