Job Description

En esta oportunidad nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Analista de planificación de personal (Workforce Planning Analyst) que estará a cargo de:

 

Análisis de la fuerza de trabajo y distribución de horarios.

Proponer nuevos métodos de distribución y gestión de la fuerza de trabajo. 

Reportar principales indicadores de gestión, rendimiento y optimización de la fuerza de trabajo.

Qualifications

  • Grado universitario en Ingeniería o carreras afines.

    Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en funciones similares.

    Inglés avanzado (lectura, escritura y comunicación oral).

    Excel avanzado y manejo de Power BI (actualización de dashboards, bases de datos y DAX).

  • Sede de trabajo: Magdalena y/o Miraflores.
  • Horario de trabajo: L - V / 9 am a 6 pm
  • Salario acorde al mercado.
  • Contrato en planilla de régimen general (beneficios de ley completos desde el primer día)
  • Contrato a largo plazo.
