Job Description
We are seeking hardworking and reliable Casual to join our team in Gaborone, Botswana. As a Casuals you will play a crucial role in supporting various projects and tasks across our operations. This position offers flexible work arrangements and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in different industries.
- Perform a wide range of manual labour tasks as assigned by supervisors
- Assist in loading and unloading materials, equipment, and supplies
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner
- Adapt to changing work assignments and priorities as needed
- Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labour tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Flexibility to work in various environments and adapt to changing tasks
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a work environment
- Ability to work in Gaborone, Botswana
- Prior experience in manual labour (preferred but not required)
