Les stagiaires interviennent sur des projets aussi divers que variés tant en termes de secteurs d'activité que de problématiques abordées. En effet, être stagiaire chez Roland Berger Casablanca c'est être "acting as Junior Consultant" et être intégré(e) à une équipe projet sous la responsabilité d'un(e) Senior Consultant(e) ou d'un(e) Project Manager.

Les stagiaires participent aux missions sous divers angles : interview clients, diagnostic stratégiques, diagnostic opérationnels, études de marchés, benchmarking, analyse de portefeuille, interface clients, …

Qualifications

Diplômé(e) d'une grande école de commerce ou d'ingénieur de premier rang, vous êtes à la recherche d'un stage (4 à 6 mois) de deuxième partie de césure ou de fin d'études.

Nous recherchons des personnes ayant un forte capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, alliant pragmatisme et créativité.

Humilité, sociabilité et adaptabilité sont également des qualités humaines que nous valorisons particulièrement et qui constituent de réels facteurs de différenciation.

La maitrise de l'anglais et du français est impérative.
