Job Description

To strengthen our digital manufacturing capabilities, we are seeking an IT Process Consultant with expertise in MES software implementation and process optimization, working closely with our global plants to deliver tailored, high‑impact solutions.”

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and international IT colleagues and contribute significantly to the continuous development of our MES system landscape.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and guidance on MES software selection, implementation, and optimization;
• Lead MES software installations, test/configure/troubleshoot;
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of MES solutions;
• Offer training and support to clients in utilizing MES software to improve production efficiency and quality;
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MES software;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in MES technology and recommend best practices to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in working with MES software and solutions.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production workflows.
• Engineering experience (work division, working instructions);
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Project management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Advanced English skills. German is an advantage.
