Job Description

We are looking for a process consultant to analyze, design, and implement divisional business requirements within SAP environments. This role involves participating in global projects and providing cross-module support while driving the definition and improvement of business processes.

The candidate will work closely with key users and department heads to gather requirements, execute SAP configuration changes as part of change management, and document both processes and system updates. Responsibilities also include performing functional testing, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and developing and delivering user training.

Additionally, the role requires maintaining SAP documentation, preparing status reports and management briefings, and providing first-, second-, and third-level support for SAP-related incidents. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP Analyst experience in Order to Cash processes with S/4HANA SD module expertise
• Proven track record of successful SAP implementations and rollout execution
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional work experience
• Demonstrated experience leading mid-size projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English (B2 level minimum)

Desired: Additional expertise in EDI, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or SAP PP (Production Planning) modules, as well as professional SAP training certifications.
